The Prime-Line PL 7813 Aluminum Screen Frame Kit, 5/16 In. x 3/4 In. x 36 In., White (1 Kit) includes all the necessary products to replace one missing or damaged window screen frame. This screen door repair kit allows for the construction of a 36 inch x 36 inch screen frame, and smaller custom size frames can also be made using the materials included in the window frame kit. The kit includes an aluminum frame, four square-cut plastic corners, and a vinyl spline. By following the easy-to-follow instructions provided, screens can be made with a choice of aluminum mesh, fiberglass fabric, or flexible poly film (screen fabric not included). The window screen frame kit measures 5/16 inch x 3/4 inch x 36 inch, and is available in other sizes and colors. The lineal pieces of the screen frame material are intentionally curved outward to prevent inward bowing when the screen cloth is installed and stretched taut.

The Saint-Gobain ADFORS FSP8521-U 100' Spline, 125 in X 100 ft, Black, Foot.125x100' Black Spline For Window Screens is included in the kit. This black spline is easy to stretch and fit into screen frame channels, and the bulk size of 100' makes it suitable for multiple windows and doors. Screen retaining spline is important for ensuring that screens go in smoothly and look great, and ADFORS offers a wide variety of screen retaining spline to meet any job, large or small.

The complete screen frame kit includes a 5/16 inch x 3/4 inch x 36 inch aluminum frame, 4 plastic corners, spline, and instructions for DIY installation (screen fabric sold separately). The durable aluminum frame has a white painted finish and can make one 36 inch x 36 inch screen or a smaller custom size. It also includes 0.125 inch x 100 foot Saint-Gobain ADFORS black spline to secure screen fabric into channels, and the plastic corners are white, square-cut style for easy fitting. The aluminum frame pieces are curved outward to prevent bowing when the screen is installed.
